Deadpool Movie News: Ryan Reynolds To Star In The Film,! Can He Pull Off The 'Merc With A Mouth' On The Big Screen Again?

The news, via Deadline, about Reynolds signing on with Fox to be the main star in "Deadpool", the X-men spinoff about "Merc with a Mouth" has been confirmed.

It is one of the most implausible movie-character reprise in history, Fox debuted with Deadpool in 2009's X-Men Origins: Wolverine, where he portrayed the character of a mercenary with a some swords and an unwanted behavior. During the film's climax, Creative license (and some unruly makeup effects) got Reynolds into a silent martial artist with gigantic swords attached in his arms.
