According to reports, Benedict Cumberbatch and his girlfriend have been together for some months before suddenly announcing their engagement last month.

The "Sherlock" star and his new fiancé, Sophie Hunter, did not have any social media accounts, affording them the luxury of anonymity until the very last second. When they did come out to greet the public as an official couple, however, the Oxford-graduate kept her diamond ring as far away from the media's eye as possible.

Rumors that the soon-to-be Mrs. Cumberbatch is already expecting have been floating around, hence, the seemingly impromptu wedding.  Whether they're getting ready for the new "BabyBatch" or not, the 38-year-old actor and his 36-year-old lady love are at just the right age to get married and have kids of their own.
