Bill Cosby Rape Of Copyright. Everyone has caught up on the rape and sexual allegations encircling one of the funniest comedians in America, Bill Cosby, the TV entertainer and father-figure that gave a boost to the black voice on 'The Bill Cosby Show.'
But new reports say Bill Cosby has been accused of Rape and breach of copyright in obtaining his PhD Thesis from U of Mass, Amherst. Was the plagiarism charge related to the sexual allegations? If that is true reports are pointing to an individual, widely accepted in society, but also a person who has no qualms to falsify or copy another person's intellectual work, equivalent to a script on a TV show. In academic circles, that may be equivalent to 'academic rape of intellectual property' aka plagiarism.

The news of Bill Cosby and rape allegations have increased widely on the Net and it appears the actor cum entertainer has already caved into pressure. A few days ago, Bill Cosby's wife, Camille and one of Bill's daughters have come forward to defend the comedian - hardly necessary if Cosby is not guilty of the charges.

But some reports have already labeled Bill Cosby as a 'sociopath' after the rape scenes described by accusers show a similar pattern of assault - drugging or giving alcohol to them in private rooms and then proceeding to allegedly rape them. Cosby's association to big wigs Hugh Hefner and frequenting the Playboy Mansion are a side of his personality that reveals he is or he was 'a playboy' of sorts.

Coming back to Cosby's educational hypocrisy and rape of copyright, Simpsons co-creator Sam Simon who tweeted, "I worked with Bill Cosby on fat Albert. He had two of the writers write his PhD thesis. "An Integration of the Visual Media Via Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids (1972) into the Elementary School Curriculum as a Teaching Aid and Vehicle to Achieve Increased Learning," reports deathandtaxesmag.com.

Valerie Strauss of the Washington Post exposed Cosby''s academic credentials after meeting with Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, a sociology professor at Georgetown, who said Bill Cosby's critique of the black middle class stems from his personal hypocrisy and failure to be accountable for his educational accomplishments:

"[Cosby] dropped out of high school after he flunked the tenth grade three times," Dyson wrote in his study 'Is Bill Cosby right? "He enlisted in the Navy, where he got his GED, and then enrolled at Temple University, where he dropped out to pursue a show business career."

"His unfinished bachelor's degree from Temple was eventually bestowed on him because of 'life experience,'" Dyson shared.

He continued to write, "Cosby enrolled as a part-time doctoral student at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, which awarded him the Ed.D. degree in 1977 for a dissertation on 'Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids.'"
