What We Should Expect From K-dramas Before 2012 Ends?

Will the future dramas end this great year in a high note?  

As we all know, 2012 has been an amazing year full of great dramas that were able to grab the viewers' heart, laughter and tears.

Starting from the mega hit "The Moon That Embraces the Sun" to the idol-filled drama "Dream High 2". The political dramas like "King 2 Hearts" and "Bridal Mask" that made us see a reality that we often don't see. To the sweet romances, "Queen In Hyun's Man", "Love Rain", "I Do, I Do", and "Rooftop Prince" that made us feel butterflies in our stomach. Those dramas like "A Gentleman's Dignity", "Reply 1997", "To The Beautiful You" that reminded us of our past, friendships, and love.  And those magnificent historical dramas like "Dr. Jin", "Faith", "Arang and the Magistrate" that are our window to the past. Through those well done productions, we were able to understand the feelings being portrayed, be entertained and love the Korean culture even more.

Well, let's take a look at what is in store for K-drama addicts in the next 2 months. 

A very much anticipated drama that everyone is looking forward to is "I Miss You". The drama will serve as Yoon Eun Hye's comeback to the small screen after a year and five months since "Lie To Me" (her last drama) ended. Alongside her, is the Hallyu idol turned actor JYJ's Park Yoo Chun. Park recently delighted fans with "Rooftop Prince" when he acted as Prince Lee Gak/Yong Tae-yong, stealing many hearts as well as laughs. The story will be about Han Jung Woo (played by Park Yoo Chun) and Lee Soo Yeon (played by Yoon Eun Hye) who were past lovers (Their young characters will be play by Yeo Jin Gu and Kim So Yeon of "The Moon That Embraces The Sun") but their loves were taken away when they were fifteen years old. The drama will start in November in the time slot of "Arang and the Magistrate".

Another drama that will serve as a comeback for Moon Geun Young and Park Shi Hoo will be "Cheongdamdong Alice". Moon's latest drama was "Marry Stayed Out All Night" while Park Shi Hoo's last drama was the emotional "The Princess' Man". This drama is about Han Se Kyung (played by Mon Geun Young) who is of a modest background that is struggling to marry one of the many rich families in Gangnam. Cha Seung Jo (played by Park Shi Hoo) will be the youngest president of Artemis (luxury goods company) their lives (especially Han Se Kyung) will change after meeting each other. The drama will start airing on December 12th.

The third drama to start airing soon is "The King of Dramas" starring Kim Myung Min, Jung Ryu Won, and Super Junior's Choi Si Won. The drama is about the entertainment industry. It revolves around Anthony Kim (Kim Myung Min) the CEO of an actor producing company and how he will do anything and everything for money. On the other side there is Lee Go Eun (Jung Ryu Won) a rookie script writer who writes about humanity, and last but not least is Kang Hyun Min (Choi Si Won) who is the famous actor that acts with manners but on the inside he is arrogant and cocky. This drama will start on November 5th replacing "Faith".

It's also worth to mention "Jeon Woo Chi" with Cha Tae Hyun and After School's Uee. It's a historical drama about Jeon Woo Chi (Cha Tae Hyun) who swallows a Gumiho's (a nine-tailed fox) head and obtains powers which he uses to help people becoming the hero of Joseon. Other dramas also starting are "Oh Ja Ryong is Coming" "Birth Of A Family" and "Full House 2"

All in all, these upcoming dramas filled with renowned actors and actresses sound promising to be the cherry on top to one of the best years of K-Drama.
