In their divorce agreement, pop diva Jennifer Lopez will be spending the holidays with Max and Emma for the first portion of their winter school break with a handoff being made on Christmas Day at 11 a.m.

Marc Anthony, who has recently remarried, will have the kids until the evening before school starts after the new year.
