Rumors about Nina Dobrev and supposed boyfriend Mark Foster are now over as reports revealed that "The Vampire" Diaries" actress broke-up with the band member to focus on her fan base. Ian Somerhalder's ex girlfriend is also being linked to co-star Chris Wood but reports told that it was just orchestrated.

Several Nina Dobrev boyfriend news have been reported and the latest points at Mark Foster of the Foster the People band as the actress' new flame. But news has it that "The Roommate" actress was asked to stay single and dump the singer to establish her fanbase and to ensure male demographic especially now that she would like to enter the big screen.

Nina Dobrev is known to keep her relationship away from the limelight, as what she and Ian Somerhalder did for three months when they were still dating. Thus, it's no surprise that she's keeping Mark Foster a secret.

But apart from that, Ian Somerhalder's ex girlfriend reportedly cannot commit to the musician.

The Celebrity Dirty Laundry said in their report, "There are rumors that Nina has been told to stay single in the eyes of the media and the tabloid world, especially as the Vampire Diaries comes to an end."

Meanwhile, other rumors speculate that Nina Dobrev's boyfriend is actually Chris Wood. Photos of them circulated when "The Vampire Diaries" actress began posting Instagram photos together with her co-star.

However, another Celebrity Dirty Laundry report revealed that Nina Dobrev dating Chris Wood was just merely "orchestrated" so the issue between her and Mark Foster would die down.

In another report from International Business Times, "Gotham" star Ben McKenzie also denied rumors that he is Nina Dobrev's boyfriend. Rumors began circulating that they are having a relationship when "The Vampire Diaries" actress was seen getting intimate with the actor at an event.

Other stars previously linked to the "Perks of Being a Wallflower" star included Liam Hemsworth, Orlando Bloom, and Dominc Howard of the Muse band.
