Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting divorce is not clearly on the horizon as the "Big Bang Theory" season 8 actress says that they are so "lucky" as they are set to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

But while things are seemingly good about her marriage, "The Wedding Ringer" actress is now rumored to be forcing her family and friends to celebrate the occasion with her on New Year's Eve.

The 29-year-old actress shoot down rumors about Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting divorce when she recently posted a photo on her Instagram account showing her kissing her tennis player husband on the cheek.

In the photo, the athlete was seen pretending to look away while his wife of almost one year tugged his shirt as if she is pulling him closer, an International Business Times report said.

The snapshot was posted alongside a caption, "Feeling very sentimental tonight- not sure if it's the time of year, or thinking that it's almost our 1 year wedding anniversary- oh how we are so lucky."

The "Big Bang Theory" season 8 actress also added, "My heart is full and overwhelmed with gratitude. I couldn't have dreamt this up."

Meanwhile, there were reports that Kaley Cuoco is bringing her "diva" attitude as reports claim she is expecting her family and friends to join her and husband Ryan Sweeting in celebrating their first wedding anniversary on New Year's Eve after battling divorce rumors for most part of their marriage.

"Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting will be ringing in the new year and celebrating her first anniversary with hubby Ryan Sweeting - and she wants family and friends to make it an ongoing tradition to party with them. The problem is, nobody wants to!" a report from Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

A source from OK! Magazine also claimed that Kaley Cuoco's friends are reluctant to attend the celebration as they already gave up their New Year's Eve last year to attend her wedding. Reportedly, they want to spend the occasion with their respective families this time.

"New Year's Eve is a big deal for people, and although planning a wedding on New Year's Eve was exciting - Kaley should have expected her anniversaries would be overshadowed by the holiday," the report added.
