Kelly Rowland News: 'Destiny's Child' Member Shares First Wedding Photo Half A Year After Marrying Husband Tim Witherspoon
Kelly Rowland news reported that the "Destiny's Child" member shared her first wedding photo to the public. According to Vibe, the image was shared half a year after she married her husband, Tim Witherspoon.
Last New Year's Eve, the R&B singer took to Instagram to share some of her thoughts about her 2014 experiences. She then surprised the public by uploading a snapshot of her Macbook screen, which showed an album labelled "Da SPOONS".
An expanded image from the album screencap showed Kelly Rowland with Tim Witherspoon during their May 2014 wedding in Costa Rica. The singer had a beautiful gown and held her husband's hand while looking back at the camera.
Kelly Rowland's first baby, Titan Jewell, was born six months after the said photo was taken.
The diva captioned the Instagram shot by sharing her thoughts on the year that was.
"2014... What an amazing year....... While I said I DO, the following months brought along a HELLO to a new little life!," captioned Kelly Rowland.
"Unfortunately, a GOODBYE as well... But HELLO again to a Guardian angel... 2+0+1+4=7 7 my lucky number! #Goodbye2014 #HELLO2015 ##HAPPYNEWYEAR," the singer posted, as reported by Vibe.
The "goodbye" that the singer referred to was the recent death of her mother, Doris Rowland Garrison.
According to previous Kelly Rowland news from Us Weekly, the diva's mother was 66 years old when she passed away. Her death came a few days before her birthday, and just a month after the "Stole" singer gave birth to Titan Jewell.
The "Destiny's Child" member released a short statement about her loss where she said "(She was) an incredible soul who made countless sacrifices."
Doris Rowland Garrison raised by herself both Kelly Rowland and her brother, Orlando, after they were allegedly abandoned by their father.
Kelly Rowland's firstborn, Titan Jewell Witherspoon, seemed to have helped the singer cope with her mom's death. Born last November 4, Kelly Rowland's baby boy was given the name Titan Jewell by her husband, Tim Witherspoon.
