The "Fashion Police" hosts are ready to return following Joan Rivers' death, and according to a report from E!Online, Melissa Rivers said she is excited for the show's pilot episode at the Golden Globes 2015.

Previous "Fashion Police" hosts Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic will be joined by new mainstays Brad Goreski and Kathy Griffin. The latter has been dubbed as the "replacement" for Joan Rivers, who died last September 4 after a botched operation at an Upper East Side clinic named Yorkville Endoscopy. She was 81 years old.

While still recovering from the loss of her mother, Joan Rivers' daughter and "Fashion Police" executive producer Melissa Rivers has shared details about the show's return.

"Kathy just feels right, and Brad brings a fun, new voice to join Giuliana and Kelly in this ensemble," Melissa Rivers shared.

"I'm excited to see where this panel takes this series my mother so adored in this next incarnation."

Among the "Fashion Police" hosts, a lot are looking forward to Kathy Griffin, who has been regarded as a protégé of the late Joan Rivers.

E!Online reported how the redheaded comic appeared in a teaser for the show's upcoming pilot episode.

"I'm Kathy f--king Griffin and you celebrities better strap yourself in, as I am taking no prisoners," she said.

"I am not holding back so DAMMIT let's have some fun!"

According to a previous report from People, the new host is aware of how the late comedy icon practically shaped the hit E! TV show.

"Joan took Fashion Police and morphed it into a show that was able to take the piss out of all aspects of celebrity. I think that is something I'm gonna have fun with, too," Kathy Griffin said.

The 54-year-old explained that while she and Joan Rivers may be different, she hopes to keep the late TV star's memory alive.

"I hope to at least continue in her fearless spirit because that's really what I think the show demands and I think it's what the viewers want," she said.
