"The Big Bang Theory" season 8 cast Kaley Cuoco poked fun at herself following her controversial take on feminism. "The Wedding Ringer" actress, meanwhile, rocked a revealing black and white ensemble at the People's Choice Awards.

"This is my apology tour!" the 29-year-old Kaley Cuoco said as she presented an award, referring to the feminism controversy she faced for her Redbook magazine interview.

Ryan Sweeting's wife was with her "The Wedding Ringer" co-stars, Josh Gad and Kevin Hart, when they presented the award at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, E! Online said. The trio began their presentation with a funny stint on taking selfies using monopods.

In her Redbook interview released late December last year, "The Big Bang Theory" season 8 cast Kaley Cuoco earned the ire of feminists when she discussed her own opinion about the matter, the Daily Mail said.

"I was never that feminist girl demanding equality, but maybe that's because I've never really faced inequality. I cook for Ryan five nights a week: It makes me feel like a housewife; I love that," she said.

"The Author's Anonymous" actress also quipped, "I know it sounds old-fashioned, but I like the idea of women taking care of their men. I'm so in control of my work that I like coming home and serving him. My mom was like that, so I think it kind of rubbed off."

After receiving many comments regarding her feminist remark, Kaley Cuoco immediately took to her Instagram page to apologize and said that her message was taken out of context.

Despite facing the New Year with controversy, Kaley Cuoco left the event with a trophy when she clinched the Best Comedic TV Actress award.

"Oh my god guys thank you! This is such an honor. The fans at People's Choice you guys rock! I know most of those votes are from my parents but there you go," she said in her speech.

The wife of tennis player Ryan Sweeting, meanwhile, rocked the stage with a revealing ensemble that showed off her toned physique. The actress donned a black and white number with a torso-cut that revealed a lot of her skin as well as her side tattoo.
