The very pregnant Princess Kate Middleton just turned 33, and this year's birthday plans are private and personal while she awaits her second baby, who she plans to call Margaret Elizabeth. Reports said that the Duchess of Cambridge plans to have a special date with Prince William and Prince George. And by the time Kate is 34, the Royal couple will be expecting another addition.

According to usmagazine.com, the pregnant Princess Kate will be spending her birthday 'in private.' The Royal family will be spending time together on the Norfolk Sandringham estate, where they entertained guests for Christmas at Amner Hall.

"Middleton's wish for a cozy, quiet evening for her birthday is a familiar one," shared UsMagazineCom. "Last year, she had a small party at Kensington Palace when she turned 32. Along with her husband and the couple's little one, she was feted by parents Carole and Michael Middleton, and siblings Pippa and James. Housekeeper Antonella Fresolone prepared a meal for the guests."

"After spending time with her family, Middleton will next head back to work with several planned engagements," an insider told reporters.

The report added, "She will meet with a group called Family Friends, which helps disadvantaged families with emotional support. She will also name The Clore Art Room at Barlby Primary School in London, and take part in workshops for The Art Room, an organization that provides therapy to children."

A study found that Kate William worked only 76 days last year, compared to about 400 for Charles and 111 for Prince William who also flies choppers for the Royal Airforce. The Queen has also been giving her harsh assignments with the intent that 'hyperemesis gravidarum' is no excuse for 'a lack of labor.'
