Chris Brown Dating Karrueche Tran : 'Loyal' Singer's Girlfriend Wants Him To Cancel Shows Following San Jose Club Shooting?

With Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran dating again, the "Loyal" singer's girlfriend reportedly wants him to cancel his shows following the recent shooting during his performance at a San Jose club.

According to a report from Hollywood Life, the petite model has advised his on-and-off boyfriend of five years to steer clear from doing shows for the meantime. An insider explained that Chris Brown's girlfriend is very worried for his safety following the San Jose nightclub shooting.

"Karrueche told him that she was getting a million dollar life insurance policy on him," the insider narrated.

"She was absolutely serious too. She wasn't playing and she had been researching it online and filling out the enrolment forms right in front of him, (and) in that very moment, he woke up."

"He realized that Karrueche was real serious about his safety much more than he was," the source added.

Chris Brown has been dating Karrueche Tran amid many controversies, but now the R&B hitmaker has decided to really listen to his girlfriend.

"In that moment he knew that his life could be gone in the blink of an eye and that's when he decided to take action," the insider explained to Hollywood Life.

"He realizes that he can't control what other people do but he can control the situations and environments that he's in. He's hoping that his fans understand that his decision is bigger than music."

"We're talking life and death here and he thinks he made the right decision by not performing in certain venues," the source added.

The singer is said to be more serious with their relationship this time around, especially after their nasty breakup during the holiday season. According to an earlier report from Hollywood Life, a source has revealed that Chris Brown is more serious about dating Karrueche Tran that he has even agreed to attend couples therapy with her.

"Between work, touring, and his court obligations, he's been seeing (a) therapist with Karrueche and they've secretly been doing couple's therapy to kick off the New Year," an insider explained.
