Gwyneth Paltrow News : Coldplay Singer Chris Martin's ExWife Admits Trying Drugs

Gwyneth Paltrow news reported how the ex-wife of Coldplay singer Chris Martin admitted that she tried out drugs.

According to Daily Mail, the Oscar-winning actress made the revelation on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live." Her guest appearance was i line with the promotion of the upcoming movie "Mortdecai".

Gwyneth Paltrow was interviewed by host Andy Cohen, who played a game called "Plead The Fifth" wherein guests are asked three personal questions, with the option of not answering one.

Gwyneth Paltrow was asked about a 2009 post on her lifestyle website "GOOP", which talked about a "frenemy" of the actress. She opted not respond to the said question, saying it was not about a famous person.

The "Iron Man" star was then asked to choose who she would rather get stuck with in an elevator between Jennifer Garner and Angelina Jolie. Both are current wives of her former boyfriends, Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt respectively. After being pressed to respond, Gwyneth Paltrow chose Angelina Jolie and reasoned that she already knows a lot about Jennifer Garner.

The news publication then reported that Gwyneth Paltrow was then asked by Andy Cohen about the hardest drug she has ever taken.

"Ecstasy," the mother-of-two replied with a small smile.

"Very good. She didn't plead the fifth everybody," host Andy Cohen reacted.

The revelation appeared to surprise a lot of people, since the actress and lifestyle guru has been known for being rather conservative.

Prior to revealing that she tried out drugs, perhaps the most shocking recent Gwyneth Paltrow news report was about how she supposedly had a nervous breakdown towards the end of last year. According to a report from In Touch Weekly, the meltdown took place after the former wife of Chris Martin discovered that her ex husband has supposedly reconciled with "Hunger Games" star and younger actress Jennifer Lawrence.

An insider revealed how she supposedly began smoking and drinking to calm her nerves after the reconciliation.

"She never smokes or drinks like that, so everyone knew something was up," the insider explained.

"(Gwyneth Paltrow) was a mess all day," the source added.
