Chris Brown is still dating Karrueche Tran amid the possibility of going to jail. According to a report from Hollywood Life, a source said the "Loyal" singer's longtime girlfriend is helping him cope with his legal woes.

"She's loving him," the insider said about the R&B hitmaker's girlfriend.

"She's loving him mentally, physically and emotionally."

"What they have is true love and it will defeat whatever outcome happens," the source added.

While Chris Brown's courage is up as he is dating Karrueche Tran, the report detailed that the "Loyal" singer is taking his ongoing case very seriously.

TMZ previously reported that the 25-year-old singer could stay in jail for four years.

He will have a formal hearing on March following cases involving the assault of former flame Rihanna and after being involved in two recent nightclub shootings.

"This is serious business and Chris feels it," an insider told Hollywood Life.

"He feels like he's been doing everything - absolutely everything - to win favor in the courts."

"He's been doing the community service, he's been keeping his nose clean, and he even stopped playing music in dangerous places," the source pointed out.

Another report from Hollywood Life said that Chris Brown is so serious about dating Karrueche Tran that he hopes to keep her secure just in case he ends up in prison.

"(Chris Brown) is scared and he's contemplating marrying Karrueche now before his situation gets worse," an insider revealed.

"If Chris has to go to prison for a while, he wants Karrueche to be taken care of and in charge of his entire estate. He doesn't trust many people and his mother isn't really in a position to be in charge of all his stuff."
