John Travolta snubs the newest gay rumor as the "Pulp Fiction" actor clarified a report linking him to a 3 am gym incident with a married man, said Daily Mail.
During the 12th Annual Living Legends of Aviation Awards last weekend, Kelly Preston's husband confirmed in an interview that he indeed goes to the gym during midnight due to his busy work schedule.
Instead of addressing the John Travolta gay rumors, the father-of-two explained why he has been working out a lot lately.
"I'm a father. They still want me to play with them at a level of a much younger man,'" John Travolta said, referring to his 14-year-old daughter Ella and four-year-old son Benjamin.
"I play tennis every day and I lift weights. I just take vitamins and try to keep my health so I can stick around for them."
"I should really be their grandfather," the 60-year-old actor joked.
John Travolta gay rumors recently resurfaced after Justin Jones claimed the actor approached him during a 3 in the morning gym session and asked personal questions.
According to a report from The Inquisitr, the alleged incident recently took place during his midnight workout at Planet Fitness.
"'I'm John'... (and) I said 'Yeah, I know who you are," Justin Jones narrated.
"We had a fairly long conversation," the fan added, saying they talked about John Travolta's movies.
While it could have been a harmless conversation between two people working out at the gym, Justin Jones mentioned how the rumored gay actor also asked him several personal questions.
"He asked a lot of questions about if I was married and If I had kids," he claimed.
The starstruck fan then took a selfie with the actor. After he posted the photo on Reddit, several followers could not help but raise John Travolta gay rumors.
"It was 3am. There is no other reason for an allegedly closeted gay dude to be at the gym at that hour," an insider pointed out.
"The guy owns his own plane and a private landing strip. He could afford to have a nice, private home gym."
