The Nokia Lumia 625 has a the dual-core 1.2GHz Krait processor with an Adreno 305 GPU and 512MB of RAM, The internal memory of the device is 8GB but it could be expanded to 64GB. The device runs on the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 OS after being upgraded from WP 8.

The Nokia Lumia 535 has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset with a 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 processor. It has an Adreno 302 graphics GPU and 1GB RAM. The internal memory was retained at 8GB, but its capacity could be increased up to 128GB. It comes with the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 OS.

The smartphones have a 5MP  rearcamera and they share the same features such as autofocus, LED flash, geo tagging, but while the Lumia 625 can record videos at 1080p@30fps, the Lumia 535 captures at 480p@30fps, but it compensates with the 5MP front camera, which beats the VGA snapper from the Lumia 625.

The Nokia Lumia 535 costs $133 while the Lumia 625 is priced at $200.
