Ian Somerhalder's Fiancé Nikki Reed Wants To Talk Things Over With Nina Dobrev; Twilight' Actress Threatened By Former Couple’s Rumored PDA On Set?
The issue on Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder split is now officially over as "The Vampire Diaries" actor is now engaged to Nikki Reed. But the "Twilight" actress reportedly wants to talk things over with "The Roommate" actress after recent news emerged that the former couple was getting flirty and touchy while on the set of their hit series.
According to a source from The Hollywood Life, the 27-year-old "Twilight" star wanted to talk face-to-face with the 26-year-old "The Roommate" actress.
"Nikki has said that she wants to invite Nina over for dinner, but it hasn't happened yet," the insider said.
The source even added that Nikki Reed "has no bad blood for Nina."
"She would love if they could all be friends again. She and Nina used to be so close and Nikki has told lots of people that she would love to get back to that place with her," the insider added.
Meanwhile, recent reports reveal that the "The Vampire Diaries" co-stars were still "touchy" with each other eventhough Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder have already split, Celebrity Dirty Laundry said.
This prompted speculations that Nikki Reed might have been threatened by her former friend even if she is already engaged to "The Anomaly" actor.
But a source said that Nikki Reed is not doubting her relationship with the "The Vampire Diaries" actor even after the news of Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev's PDA started circulating.
"Most girls would have a problem with Ian spending all this time with his ex, but Nikki isn't most girls."
The insider even added, "She's very confident and she doesn't see Nina as a threat. Ian's close friends with pretty much all of his exes - she's okay with it."
Before Nina Dobrev, Ian Somerhalder split news in 2013, the former couple dated for two years. Their relationship started when they met at the set of their series.
Meanwhile, Nikki Reed recently announced that she received an engagement ring from "The Anomaly" actor six months after they began dating.
