Tori Spelling And Dean McDermott’s Marriage Problems Addressed By Former ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ Co-Star Shannen Doherty; Former Teen Actress Speaks Up About ‘True Tori’

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marriage problems were addressed by former "Beverly Hills 90210" co-star Shannen Doherty. According to a report from Toronto Sun, the former teen actress spoke about her fellow cast member's reality show, "True Tori."

Shannen Doherty, who played Brenda Walsh in the hit 90s teen show alongside Tori Spelling's character as Donna Martin, said she sympathizes with the mother-of-four's recent marital and family woes.

"My heart breaks a little bit for her," Shannen Doherty told Meredith Vieira in an interview.

"I only wish Tori well, and a happy life and a happy marriage."

The brunette actress also pointed out how she did not feel so good about seeing Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's marriage problems aired on "True Tori".

Some of the  reality couple's issues that were documented on the Lifetime show included Dean McDermott's cheating scandal, Tori Spelling's health concerns, and Candy Spelling's feud with her estranged daughter.

"For her putting it (the scandal) out there, must be cathartic for her - maybe that's her form of therapy," Shannen Doherty said.

"I don't know, I get uncomfortable at times watching it, because I know her and I just want to be like, 'No no no no no no!...  But who are we to judge anybody's life and what they're going through and how they handle it?"

"We all stumble and we all make mistakes and we all have our own process," she pointed out.

Prior to Shannen Doherty's interview, rumors have been circulating about how Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott want to save their marriage by having a fifth child.

"They love their four children and believe a new baby will bring them closer together," a source told National Enquirer.

"Dean's warmed to the idea of having another kid. He realizes how much he's hurt Tori, and now wants to make her happy."
