Carrie Underwood news reported how the pregnant "American Idol" alum revealed who her personal beauty icon is.
According to a report from Style Watch, the "Something in the Water" singer confessed that she looks up to Hollywood actress Reese Witherspoon when it comes to looking good.
"I've always loved Reese Witherspoon," the 31-year-old country star said about the "Legally Blonde" lead.
"She just looks kind of like that all-American girl, you know? She kind of seems like a normal person in general."
"Any time I've ever talked to her, she's just super sweet," Carrie Underwood told the news site about Reese Witherspoon.
Aside from revealing her personal beauty icon, the Grammy-winning musician said she actually does her own hair and make up while on tour. She explained that she is a fan of "quick and effortless" hair and makeup styles.
"I don't think I ever have makeup-free days, to be honest," the pregnant Nashville diva said.
"I still want to feel good about myself even as I'm just bopping around the house taking care of baby, but I wanted to try some new things that might make my life a little bit more simple!"
The wife of professional hockey player Mike Fisher also said she intends to still look good even when she gets busy with their first baby.
"I like my comfy clothes, but I always have to have my hair and makeup somewhat done," Carrie Underwood said about the news.
"I might be wearing sweat pants but the rest of me is done up!"

Both first time parents, Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher share a property in Williamson Country south of Nashville. Some speculate that the two would be willing to leave their successful careers to live a simpler life in the countryside.
"I cannot wait to be out there and have lots of animals and our own little farm," Carrie Underwood gushed.
