After her surprise wedding, Johnny Depp's wife Amber Heard is now back on the set of "Danish Girl" in Oxfordshire as the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor was seen rocking out with Marilyn Manson.

"The dedicated actress actually put her honeymoon in the Bahamas with her new 51-year-old husband on hold to get started on the 1920s set film, in which she plays a ballerina," said Daily Mail.

"It's been a busy month for the Texan, who wed the Pirates of the Caribbean star at their sprawling LA home in a small civil ceremony on February 4," the British publication added.

Johnny Depp's wife Amber Heard will join Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne for "The Danish Girl." The synopsis of the film reads: "Inspired by the true story of Danish artists Einar Wegener and his wife Gerda, this tender portrait of a marriage asks: What do you do when someone you love wants to change? It starts with a question, a simple favor asked of a husband by his wife on an afternoon chilled by the Baltic wind while both are painting in their studio. Her portrait model has canceled, and would he mind slipping into a pair of women's shoes and stockings for a few moments so she can finish the painting on time. "Of course," he answers. "Anything at all." With that, one of the most passionate and unusual love stories of the twentieth century begins."

Johnny Depp is also in Australia to begin filming for "Pirates of the Caribbean 5." While Down Under, the 51-year-old actor surprised fans of the rocker when he showed up at his concert in Brisbane.

"The rocker was entertaining a crowd of people during his concert in Brisbane on Friday night, when one of his old pals ended up surprising everyone by joining Manson on stage-Johnny Depp," E! said.

"Channeling his onscreen character, Captain Jack Sparrow, Depp wore a red pirate-style bandana and sported the perfected trimmed beard as he jumped on the guitar and joined Manson near the end of his set to perform the musician's famous hit 'The Beautiful People,'" the article added.

Earlier, Johnny Depp also attended the concert of Foo Fighters in Australia although he did not join the rock band on stage.

Johnny Depp and wife Amber Heard do know their priorities, and that is to work hard while roles are coming in and enjoy the fruits of their labors later on as man and wife.
