Emma Watson Takes To Twitter To Deny Prince Harry Dating Rumors; 'Harry Potter' Star A Princess Despite Not Marrying Royalty?

Emma Watson has an epic response to the rumor that she's dating Prince Harry.

In a Twitter post dated Feb. 22, Emma Watson wrote: "WORLD  emember that little talk we had about not believing everything written in the media?!"

The post got retweeted more than 40,000 times and "favorited" almost 76,000 times.

Not a few were disappointed, however, with the reality that Emma Watson is not dating Prince Harry.

Soraya W. wrote: "DON'T RUIN MY ALL DREAMS EMMA."

Florian Etcheverry added: "We'll always have Christmas Elves to believe in."

Kimbo quipped: "@EmWatson: WORLD Remember that little talk we had about not believing everything written in the media?!" So no half blood prince babies??"

The rumor about Emma Watson and Prince Harry dating was first started by Woman's Day Australia.

The publication claimed it was Prince Harry who first made the move on Emma Watson after hearing that she broke up with Matthew Janey. He asked their mutual friend to help him contact the pretty 24-year-old.

Prince Harry is also single after breaking up with model-actress, Cressida Bonas.

He allegedly then sent an email to Emma Watson telling her that he "would like to get to know her."

They reportedly went out, accompanied by 12 other people to take off the pressure on their first meeting.

"Harry didn't want her to feel like she was put on the spot," it said. "A party also shows he's fun and not stuffy."

After the party, Prince Harry is "smitten - and it's more than Emma's looks."

Emma Watson also posted another Twitter post in response to the rumor that she's dating Prince Harry: "also..... marrying a Prince not a prerequisite for being a Princess."
