Eye Candy' Season 1 Recap: Flashback On How Lindy and George Became Friends, Is Tommy Jealous?

"Eye Candy" season 1, episode 8 "AMA" took the viewers to some of the past moments in the lives of Lindy, George, Ben and Tommy. And there were a few shocking revelations this episode, too! Continue reading the full recap.

"Eye Candy" season 1, episode 8 kicked off with Edward Kent, a photographer who's shooting up a needle and at the same time talking to someone through his laptop who said that he/she wants an "eye for an eye" and demands that Kent pays up. At first, Kent didn't want to but then he gave in and stabbed himself in the eye. The whole thing was uploaded online, on "Babylon," which is an illegal website where anything can be purchased. The Cyber Crimes Unit easily saw Kent's video because of this.

Kent didn't want to admit that he stabbed himself in the eye so Tommy and Yeager sent Lindy to hack Kent online. It turned out that Kent has a thing for prostitutes and while Lindy was hacking, she found a photo of Sara on a prostitution website. However, according to George, the photo was taken three years ago in Lindy's hometown and there's a code in the photo to Lindy's case file as a hacker.

The viewers were then taken into a flashback that showed when Lindy and George first met. It was after Sara was kidnapped and Lindy got a call from a group named "JJ" that they could help her and George is one of the group's members and George at first thought Lindy was a police. Lindy tried to win George by impressing him via looking for his personal social accounts as well as George's real name. Just like that they became friends. They didn't know that during that time, Tommy was closely watching them.

Now that Cyber Crimes is monitoring Kent's activity online, they found out that he only erased one photo from his Babylon account, a photo of a woman named Eve, an escort. Tommy and Yeager went to find Eve and found out that she has a damaged eye ever since she was sent by Kent to the hospital.

Meanwhile, at the Cyber Crimes Unit, Catherine was considering hiring Lindy permanently but before she could do so, Lindy slipped away along with George and they found out that Lindy was being tracked by the CCU to catch Bubonic who tried to blow up IRL.

Something's not right with Tessa after she was caught by Sophia and Connor making out with a redhead in the apartment and Sophia confronting her about lying about her parents Tessa begged her to trust her. But it seems like Tessa hasn't been still completely honest.

Back to Kent's case, they realized that the manipulator was actually Eve's brother, Luca who was his assistant. Luca just wants revenge. However, now that the truth is out Tommy didn't want to arrest Luca but instead offered him a deal: he must give up Babylon's Bitcoin wallet and he'll help him with the D.A.
