Asus Zenfone 2 Appears on Flipkart, To Launch in India on April 23, Detailed Specs, Features and Price Details Revealed

Asus Zenfone 2 will be available in India on April 23 through online retailer Flipkart.

According to Phone Arena, the Asus Zenfone 2, which is scheduled to launch in India on April 23 has appeared in the lineup of online retailer Flipkart. The retailer posted a countdown timer for the said device in preparation.

As for the price, the Asus Zenfone 2 16GB version with 2GB or RAM will cost $224 while the 4GB unit is at $288. The device will be offered with a 16, 32 and 64GB storage respectively.

On the Asus official website, the Zenfone 2 has three models: ZE550ML, ZE500CL and ZE551ML.

The ZE500CL model has a 5-inch 720p display, 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and is packed with Intel Atom Z2560 SoC with 1.6 GHz dual-core CPU. It has 8GB storage, 2GB of RAM and 2,500 mAh battery.

The Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML has the same screen size and resolution as the ZE500CL. The device runs on Intel Atom Z3560 with a 1.8 GHz quad-core CPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage.

The Asus Zenfone 2 model ZE551ML has a 5.5-inch full HD 1920 x 1080 IPS display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It has a CPU of Intel Atom Quad-Core Z3580 (2.3 GHz) or Z3560 (1.8 GHz), PowerVR G6430, 2 GB or 4 GB LPDDR3 RAM with 16, 32 and 64GB eMMC Flash with 5GB free lifetime ASUS WebStorage.

The device is pre-installed with the Android 5.0 operating system with 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera. The rear camera of Asus Zenfone 2 has a Super HDR for 400 percent improved contrast and a Low Light Mode that allows users to take a better photo. Also, the front camera has 140-degree panoramic selfies.
