Ed Sheeran got cozy with a mystery blonde in XS nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend which fueled rumors that he has a new girlfriend.

"The Thinking Out Loud hit-maker, who recently split from his girlfriend Athina Andrelos after a year of dating, was spotted making a move on a pretty club-goer as the trio watched David Guetta take to the DJ decks, said Daily Mail.

"Ed, 24, gives the mystery blonde woman a hug before planting two kisses on her cheek in a video exclusively obtained by MailOnline," the British tabloid said. "Later on, Calvin and One Direction star Niall can be seen chatting animatedly with the ginger BRIT Award-winner over a few cocktails."

Niall Horan and Ed Sheeran were earlier reported to be feuding over Elle Goulding but the recent outing proved those rumors to be false.

Ed Sheeran, meanwhile, has been quite the ladies man as he was also snapped in March dining out with Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin at Mary Street Burger Bar in Sydney, Australia.

Although Barbara Palvin tried her best to hide from the cameras, she was still recognized by the paps.

Ed Sheeran and his date, Barbara Palvin, immediately separated after they saw the cameras but later went on the same limo to transfer to another location.

"The starlet dressed down in trainers and a long, black top, just hinting at her famous lingerie model frame in skinny fit jeans," Daily Mail reported.

That same evening, the British hitmaker was on KIIS 1065 where he admitted to Kyle and Jackie O that he and girlfriend Athina Andrelos have split. During the interview, Ed Sheeran was asked if he was single.

"I wasn't single, I was in a relationship for a long time," he said.

"But you're single now?" Kyle asked him.

"Yes," the singer replied "Erm ... well that's interesting, that's the first time I've spoken about that. I didn't know you were going to ask."
