Rumors have surfaced that the couple may be having troubles, especially after Calvin Harris' ex-girlfriend, Rita Ora opened up to Marie Claire about her untoward experiences while dating the DJ. Rita dishing out on her ex-boyfriend caused some to speculate whether Taylor Swift is experiencing similar adversities.

"There was a reason why I split up with him." Rita Ora reportedly said, as quoted by Celeb Dirty Laundry. "And there was a reason why I'm at this point in my life where I feel like I have so much musical freedom, and I don't have to explain myself to anybody. It was more of a thing where I was in awe."

"I was at that point in my relationship where I felt he could do no wrong. I thought he had my back and that he'd never steer me wrong. But then 'I Will Never Let You Down' came out, and everything started to go a bit weird. I don't know if it was because business was mixed with personal or what."

Mirror noted that Calvin Harris and Rita Ora broke up June last year. Shortly after their split, Calvin reportedly stopped Rita from performing their hit at the Teen Choice Awards. Rumors about Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift dating started circulating earlier this year after the two have been spotted frequently hanging out together. Ellie Goulding, who was also linked to Calvin, reportedly claimed she was the one who set up the DJ and the "Blank Space" singer.
