"A Hundred Year's Inheritance" Eugene's noodles become the best in the country.

May 12, the 38th episode of the MBC weekend drama "A Hundred Year's Inheritance" featured Min Chae Won's (Eugene) noodles placing No.1 in the national competition.

In front of the important judges during her presentation, Min Chae Won says, "Our business has been continuing on for three generations and I came to making these noodles after my grandfather made a suggestion. Somen noodles tend to get soggy very quickly. However, by making the dough by hand, we were able to prevent this. Also, we let the dough sit for 34 hours to make it more chewy, which also gets rid of the flour taste in the noodles."

Min Chae Won alerts her family members that her noodles won first place. Min Chae Won says, "Our Company's noodles received first place!" and expressed her gratitude towards Uhm Paeng Dahl. Min Hyo Dong (Jung Bo Suk) says, "You can't forget about me, your father."

Min Chae Won says, "My goal is to make yearly sales of a billion. In order to do so, we need my uncle." Min Chae won even begins to speak about splitting the company for the family members.
