‘American Horror Story: Hotel’ - Is Lady Gaga Taking Fashion Cues From “Batman” Baddie?

FX's "American Horror Story: Hotel" will premiere on October 7, 2015. The story revolves around a string of twisted characters that dwell in Ryan Murphy's macabre concourse.

Lady Gaga would be essaying the role of a bisexual "wealthy social doyenne," as described by Murphy. He also told that she has a nefarious plan, which would be revealed in the first episode.

The story is set around Hotel Cortez, an art-deco built by James March.  However, instead of lodging guests, the hotel has secret chambers to hide away March's vicious activities. Lady Gaga's the Countess who owns the hotel.

The Countess maintains her health and virtuous look not with a nutritious diet of kale, but human blood. But, Murphy refuses to address his characters as vampires. He prefers to call them as "ancient blood virus" affected beings.

"It's not vampires," Murphy told the Chicago Tribune. "It's really a form of hemophilia in a way. There are no capes and fangs."

According to the Chicago Tribune, the Countess as well as her lovers Donovan and Tristan, all carry the hemophiliac virus that causes them to crave blood. As neither of them have fangs, they kill their victims with a chainmail glove that has been fitted with razor sharp nails.

At the Television Critics Association's summer press tour, Murphy revealed that Gaga's character name would be Elizabeth.

She would portray to be the mother of a brood of blood sucking children on the "American Horror Story: Hotel." US Magazine reported that her character would play the mother of ten  dentical 8-year-olds, who also carry the hemophiliac virus. "They're played by children and are very creepy!" a show insider told the Magazine.

"After the first day of shooting, Gaga went out of her way to meet and chat with everyone," a source close to the story said. He claimed that she was anything but horrific off camera.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" is schedule to air on October 7 at 10 pm ET on FX.
