According to a Salma Hayek news update, Judge Carol Boas Goodson of Los Angeles Superior Court has ordered two women to stay away from the actress, her husband and her 7 year old daughter for the next 3 years.

Salma had filed a restraining order against Liana Philippon and Odette Bodagh. She had obtained a temporary restraining order in August. Soon after, the "Grown Ups 2" actress had filed for a permanent one and had accused them of impersonating her and for making a veiled threat to kidnap her minor daughter, nzherald.co.nz reported.

During the hearing on Friday, Odette said that she thought she had a relationship with Hayek. Odette added that she did not realize that she was "scaring the actress" until a temporary restraining order had been granted. Her (ex) partner, Philippon did not turn up for the hearing.

"I thought there was a relationship (with Salma)," Odette said. She believed that she was talking to the Oscar nominated actress.

After the restraining order filed by Salma Hayek had sprung up in news, Bodagh apologized for terrifying Salma. She even appealed to the judge to refrain from entering the order against her. She said it would have dire consequences on her career.

"You have, even by mistake, become a stalker," Judge Goodson retorted.

Salma's court fillings had highlighted the bizarre pattern of behavior meted by two "apparently mentally disturbed individuals." It stated that the accused had met Hayek's family members to obtain her contact information, impersonated Salma to another celebrity and had attempted to directly contact Salma herself.

"In one communication while posing as Hayek, Philippon made a veiled threat regarding kidnapping and ransoming Hayek's minor child," the filing stated.

After the hearing, Odette said her marriage had ended because of her infatuation with Salma. She spoke that she had moved to Los Angeles with her (now ex-) girlfriend, Liana Philippon because she thought that Liana was communicating with the "Frida" actress.

Salma Hayek's attorney Bryan Sullivan declined to comment about the news after the hearing.
