Recently, Apple's iPad Pro was launched for artistic professionals. But, according to Phil Schiller,  it came with "One of the most advanced technologies we've ever created,"  the Apple's Pencil Stylus.

According Business Insider, Apple's co-founder, Steve Jobs had hated styluses. He had even told his biographer Walter Isaacson that "as soon as you have a stylus, you're dead." But, contrary to co-founders belief, Apple has launched its new Apple Pencil Stylus.

Refinery29.com has described it as a smooth, aluminum cylinder with a pen-tip at one end and a light connector at the other. Reports said that it had been designed specifically for use with the new iPad Pro.

The Apple Pencil Stylus is pressure sensitive. If it is pressed lightly, the strokes get thinner, but if it is tilted the strokes get thicker. Couple it up with the 12.9" iPad Pro and there would be an Apple device to replace the conventional sketchbooks, money.cnn.com reported.

Reports said that although electronic drawing pads had already existed, they were bulky and were meant for desk use only. But, the Apple Pencil Stylus had made it a lot easier.

"College students can balance this on a knee when doing sketches at an art museum. Comic book artists can finally work from the couch," CNN Money reported.

An Adobe artist, David Macy tested the new iPad Pencil Stylus. He told CNN that the stylus-tablet combo had communicated seamlessly in comparison to the third-party stylus pens that were unreliable, slow and at times inaccurate.

"All-New X-Men" and "Ultimate Comics Spider-Man" artist David Marquez told that all his work was digital and that he couldn't wait to grab one of Apple Pencil Stylus and iPad Pro combo.

In addition to Apple's Pencil Stylus, the new iPad Pro comes with the latest iOS 9 software. This software would allow the artists to build an elaborate background using Adobe Comp and then pair it up with an object drawn using Photoshop Sketch.

The iPad Pro starts at $799 and the Apple Pencil Stylus was another $99, CNN Money reported. Reports said that the $900 package was slightly more economical over a comparable Wacom Cintiq with a 13" screen.
