Michelle Duggar Hints That Jim Bob Reprimanded Josh After News Of His Cheating Scandal Went Viral?
Not much news about Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar has been publicized ever since TLC decided to drop "19 Kids and Counting" for good, following the molestation scandal thrown at their eldest son, Josh, earlier this year.
The couple has supported their son amid a storm of criticisms about molestation accusations against him. Jim Bob and Michelle have maintained that Josh Duggar was a young teeanger back when the incidents happened, that he has repented for his mistakes, and has allegedly been treated through "faith-based" therapy.
However, news about Josh's cheating scandal was quite different. The whole Duggar family was not as ready to back up Josh.
Some speculate that the Duggars are disappointed over news of Josh Duggar's cheating scandal, given that they belong to a very traditional and conservative Christian community. There are even rumors that some of Josh's family members may be turning their backs on the former "19 Kids and Counting" star.
Earlier this month, Michelle has uploaded a blog post entitled "5 Reasons Why Jim Bob Duggar Is A Loving Dad."
As Michelle elaborated each of the five reasons why her husband is a loving dad, one particular part caught the attention of some fans.
"HE LOVES HIS CHILDREN BY RESTRAINING THEIR SINFUL BEHAVIOR," Michelle wrote in the blog post. "...by teaching them that true freedom is doing what is right before God regardless of what others, or even their own flesh may want to do!"
"He does not ignore offenses, nor does he eliminate the penalty or consequence for their offenses. He teaches his children that God loves them so much, that He will chasten them if they continue to behave in a sinful way, and so will their Daddy."
Was Michelle Duggar hinting that Jim Bob has reprimanded Josh after the news of his cheating scandal shook the status of their family in the Christian community?
Josh may be too old to be punished, but are his parents letting him suffer the consequences of his actions, including being isolated from their family?
The answer to that question remains to be unanswered as the Duggars try to keep things quiet in the wake of Josh's scandals. Fans can only hope for the best for the "19 Kids and Counting" family as they have been through a lot this 2015.
