Robert Pattinson News: FKA Twigs Desperate To Stay Engaged? Can't Let Go Of Fame That Comes From Dating 'Twilight' Actor?
Amid news that Robert Pattinson and FKA Twigs are allegedly having relationship troubles, the celebrity couple was spotted together at the Music of Black Origin or MOBO Awards.
However, the actor was allegedly "quiet" and chose not to pose for the red carpet photographers.
"Photos of Rob supporting Tahliah show him sitting quietly at her table during the MOBO Awards," Celeb Dirty Laundry wrote in a news article.
"The 'Twilight' star sat out the red carpet, leaving Twigs to smile and pose solo ... This is the first time the two have been spotted in public together in weeks. Last time Robert and Twigs were photographed together was at a dinner they enjoyed with friends after Tahliah sat in the front row of the Versace fashion show. Again, Rob sat the event out, giving all the attention to Twigs."
Some speculate that FKA Twigs may be doing everything to stay engaged to Robert Pattinson after news came out that the "Twilight" actor wanted to end things with the singer.
"FKA called Rob on his first day of filming to tell him that she couldn't visit because of her busy schedule," a source reportedly told Life & Style magazine, as previously quoted by Hollywood Life in a news report. "[He] let her know he wasn't happy about it."
The report went on to say that the argument ended up in a nasty fight, with FKA Twigs allegedly yelling at Robert Pattinson.
According to news reports, the actor's family is allegedly relieved that the couple has broken up.
"Robert's family, according to the source, is reportedly not as heartbroken as he is that the couple is no longer engaged," Hollywood Life wrote.
This claim conflicts with previous reports that Robert Pattinson's mom, Clare, had already welcomed FKA Twigs to their family and had even attended one of her gigs.
