Avril Lavigne Quickly Moves On From Divorce! Singer Now Living With Ryan Cabrera?

Avril Lavigne was rumored to have moved on from the divorce with Chad Kroeger and into the arms of long-time friend, musician Ryan Cabrera, who also recently split with girlfriend Katie Krause.

E! News has confirmed that Avril Lavigne and Ryan Cabrera are indeed living together right now, but their relationship is strictly platonic.

"People began to speculate that the two musicians were dating after being spotted out and about together in recent weeks, but as we've said before, these two celebs are just longtime friends," it said.

"A source tells us that they live together so obviously they spend time together, adding that they've been friends for 12 years," the article continued, adding that because Ryan Cabrera has split with girlfriend Katie Krause due to his "excessive partying," he's now staying with Avril Lavigne.

The living arrangement came on the heels of Avril Lavigne's divorce with Chad Kroeger two months ago.

On Sept. 2, Avril Lavigne announced the divorce to Chad Kroeger in her Instagram. She wrote, "It is with heavy heart that Chad and I announce our separation today. Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we've created many unforgettable moments. We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other. To all our family, friends and fans, thank you for your support."

Radar Online has reported that the Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger divorce wasn't all that surprising because she has been suffering from a "sexless marriage with a man that she did not find attractive to begin with."

"All that the two of them did in the past couple of months was fight because his career is basically over and he has been trying to stop her from reinventing herself like she is trying to do," the article alleged.

To date, Avril Lavigne and Ryan Cabrera have yet to issue a statement on the report that they are living together following her divorce from Chad Kroeger.
