Miranda Lambert has for the time talked about her much-publicized divorce with ex-husband Blake Shelton and it seems she has no hard feelings for him.

The 32-year-old music sensation said she and Blake did all they could to make their relationship work out.

"Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try," Lambert said in an interview with Cosmopolitan, according to Entertainment Tonight.

"I had a great relationship with an amazing man, so I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future. I will never take that for granted."

"Some of that might mean nights on my porch crying, drinking whiskey, and going, 'Man, this "s... right now,'" the singer added.

Lambert said she just wants to move ahead in life, though she knows it won't be that easy for her to do so.

Miranda, who still loves making music, said she knows how to make herself look and feel her best:

"I feel the sexiest when I'm in my element, which is playing music," Miranda said in a People Magazine report. "It doesn't really matter what I'm wearing necessarily or where I'm at, just on stage with my band playing music is sort of where I feel like I belong and that makes me feel sexy."

Lambert and Shelton ended their relationship in July, after four years of marriage. They have no children together.

While, Shelton was quick enough to move on and start a new relationship with fellow "The Voice" coach, Gwen Stefani, Miranda is still to find herself a new partner.

On Wednesday, Lambert announced on a social networking site that she was headed home for the holidays to spend time with her mother.

"Nothing beats a handwritten note from Mom. #homesweethome #cheetosandwine," the music star captioned her Instagram picture.
