Together with the YouTube 2015 annual year-end review video or YouTube Rewind, the streaming service announced its new "Trending" tab, which, according to The Verge, makes it easier to find videos with soaring number of views.

Most-watched videos will go directly to the consumer's Android and iOS device. It is the best way to catch creators, videos and trends talked about by the planet. The Trending tab is visible on YouTube's homepage and accessible from Android and iOS devices. The tab's contents will differ slightly depending on region but has nothing to do with the user's viewing history, said VentureBeat.
