Fans are loving rare photos and videos of actor Bae Yong Joon enjoying a family vacation in Singapore, one of the retired star's most public appearances in years.
As per Koreaboo, the actor best known for helping fuel the Korean Wave through the hit drama "Winter Sonata", was spotted traveling with his wife, actress Park Soo Jin, and their children. The family was joined by another high-profile celebrity couple, actress Park Shin Hye and actor Choi Tae Joon, along with their young son.
The overseas outing quickly became a major talking point among Korean drama fans, largely because Bae has maintained an exceptionally private lifestyle since relocating to Hawaii with his family in 2022.
Videos circulating online showed Bae dressed casually in a cap and face mask while helping with luggage and attending to his children. It was also observed that Park Soo Jin accompanied the group while traveling through the airport.
Though the arrival of Bae in the airport became the topic of discussion for many, it should be noted that most of the public attention also went to Park Shin Hye, who is expecting her second child.
As per the reports by Zoom Entertainment , the Singapore visit by Park became the first public outing of the actress after making the announcement regarding her pregnancy in April.
Some pictures and video clips taken at the airport clearly showed the baby bump of Park, who was traveling with her entire family. As per the report, fans appreciated the close relationship of the couple along with the family. Many commented on how helpful Choi Tae Joon was in taking care of the luggage of his wife.

The friendship between the two families has also sparked interest. Park Shin Hye and Park Soo Jin previously worked together in the 2013 drama "Flower Boy Next Door", while Choi Tae Joon recently joined Blitzway, an entertainment company in which Bae Yong Joon is a major shareholder.
Bae and Park Soo Jin married in 2015 and share two children. Since stepping away from the entertainment spotlight, the couple has rarely been photographed publicly, making the Singapore appearance particularly noteworthy.
Meanwhile, Park Shin Hye and Choi Tae Joon went on to get married in 2022 after dating for a few years and welcomed their first child later that year. Earlier this year, Park's agency confirmed that the actress is expecting the couple's second child, due this fall.
