Is Eva Longoria Engaged To Longtime Boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston?

The "Desperate Housewives" fame actress Eva Longoria has finally announced her engagement with boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston.  

The Latina actress took to social media to announce her engagement news on Sunday. She posted a romantic picture of herself kissing her handsome fiance in the middle of the desert in Dubai. In the picture, Longoria can be seen wearing an engagement ring with a stunning ruby and diamond piece in her left hand.

"Ummmm so this happened....#Engaged #Dubai #Happiness," noted the actress on Twitter and Instagram, reported US Magazine.

Jose Antonio Baston, 47, proposed Eva Longoria, 40, while the two vacationed in Dubai. The two had traveled to Dubai to take part in the Global Gift Gala at the 2015 Dubai International Film Festival.

Baston is the president of Televisa, which is Latin America's largest media company. Eva began dating Baston in 2013. The couple was first spotted out in public at a dinner for the opening of the Museo Jumex in Mexico City back in November 2013.

Eva Longoria had previously spoken about boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston in an interview with People magazine.

 "You know, in general I'm attracted to humour and intellect in a man," she said.

 When asked if her boyfriend had both the qualities, she replied, "Sure. Let me tell you, I'm very lucky in my life."

The wedding with Baston will be Longoria's third. The actress was previously married to "General Hospital" actor Tyler Christopher from 2002 to 2004 and to NBA star Tony Parker from 2007 to 2011. Eva had split from Eduardo Cruz, the younger brother of Spanish actress Penelope Cruz, in March 2013. She also dated "Ready for Love" contestant Ernesto Arguello for four months.

The Texas-born actress, who gained fame from the popular series "Desperate Housewives," currently features in the NBC network soap opera spoof "Telenovela."
