Bobbi Kristina Brown Gains Fame After Death; Whitney Houston's Daughter Is Yahoo's Most Searched For The Year

Bobbi Kristina Brown's death propelled her to the top of Yahoo's highest searched-for celebrity name in 2015.

"The late daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was looked up via the search engine more than Caitlyn Jenner, who ranked third most-searched, and her daughter Kendall Jenner, who was fourth. The iPhone was the second most-searched term," noted NME.

It's no surprise, however, that Bobbi Kristina Brown's death was very popular because of the circumstances leading to the incident, when she was found on the bathtub by boyfriend Nick Gordon.

In fact, The family filed a $10 million lawsuit against Nick Gordon, over allegations that he stole from her estate while she was in coma, and also on domestic violence.

The lawsuit was later ammended after Bobbi Kristina Brown's death as the prosecutor now included wrongful death in the documents following allegations that he gave her a toxic cocktail before putting her facedown in the tub in January this year "causing her to suffer brain damage."A lawyer for Nick Gordon told USA Today in an email by his spokesman that "the recent lawsuit against Nick is slanderous and meritless."

Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt, Leolah Brown, has been hurling accusations not just on Nick Gordon but also against Pat Houston as well, whom she accused of trying to steal the $20 milion estate left behind by Whitney Houston for her dead daughter.

In a recent Facebook post, she accused Pat Houston of hiring a fake nurse prior to Bobbi Kristina Brown's death.

She wrote, "Pat has also been a fake from day one! There is a connection between the two of these fake people. Trust! Whitney NEVER trusted Pat and Pat was NEVER Whitney's 'manager!' That was one of the first lies she told right after Whitney was killed!"
