Emma Roberts, Evan Peters Rekindle Romance; Is The Couple's Engagement Back On?

"American Horror Story" stars Emma Roberts and Evan Peters are indeed back together, although it's not clear if they also renewed their engagement.

According to People, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters were out on a date night as they shared sushi in a posh restaurant in Los Angeles last Wednesday.

"Emma Roberts and Evan Peters seem to be back together," the insider said. They had a date night last night at Roku - just the two of them. Super cuddly, were holding hands, laughing and smiling.

The article added, "They looked super happy together and noshed on sushi and a few rounds of cocktails before leaving the restaurant together."

The two started dating in 2012 and announced their engagement a year later. Their relationship wasn't always smooth, however, as Emma Roberts was arrested in 2013 following a fight with ex-fiance Evan Peters, which landed the "American Horror Story" actor at the hospital for a bloody nose.

Her rep at that time issued a statement which read, "It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."

Back in August, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters sparked rumors about their engagement being back on as they were spotted on a date at Izakaya restaurant in West Hollywood just two short months after ending their relationship.

"For their dinner date, Emma dressed in a plaid print mini dress, which showed off her toned arms and long legs," Daily Mail reported. "The niece of famed actress Julia Roberts opted for a pair of comfortable black sneakers and completed her look with a red leather handbag."

As for ending their engagement, a source told People that the couple just "grew apart."

"They both had a lot of growing to do and it was better that they do it on their own," the source added.

Presently, there's no statement yet from Emma Roberts and fiancé Evan Peters on the dating rumors.
