Benedict Cumberbatch's wife Sophie Hunter suddenly got shy when paparazzi snapped photos of them stepping of the party thrown by Mick Jagger on Friday night.

Ever the gentleman, the "Sherlock" star drew the theater director close to him as he laughed.

"The couple snuggled up together as they left the bash by car, after partying with the likes of Cara Delevingne and Sienna Miller," said Daily Mail.

"Benedict, 39, had a huge smile on his face as he wrapped an arm around his theatre director wife as they snuggled up on the backseat of their car," the article added.

Benedict Cumberbatch and wife Sophie Hunter welcomed their baby boy they named Christopher Carlton.

The couple's rep said in a statement back in June, "Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are delighted to announce the arrival of their beautiful son. We would kindly ask everyone to respect the family's privacy during these next few precious weeks."

Sophie Hunter was said to be pregnant in January, or about two months after her engagement to "Sherlock" star Benedict Cumberbatch. The couple tied the knot on Valentine's Day.

Benedict Cumberbatch's wife Sophie Hunter was thrust into the spotlight because of her relatisnhip to the "Sherlock" actor. But the theater director is trying not to let all the fame distract her focus on her career and baby.

"At the moment my focus is on opera and classical music," the 37-year-old told The Guardian.

"My job now is to make work, to tell stories," she said. "There is still a critical need for a new audience and for new ways of thinking about the presentation and accessibility of opera and the concerts. The work I am making with [music director] Andrew Staples aims to shake up the status quo a bit. Taking the work out of the opera house and the concert hall is just the beginning."
