Jung Suk Won Is In Conflict With His Agency

Actor Jung Suk Won is in the process of canceling his management contract with his agency, Forstar Entertainment.

Jung Suk Won through a law firm submitted a document to his agency, claiming the agencys management negligence and breach of contractual obligations, and asserting the termination of contract last September 2, 2013.

The agency asserted there has been no breach of contractual obligations, saying it is impossible to terminate the contract.

According to Jung Suk Won, reasons for early termination of the contract include agency's management negligence, including its effort to prevent invasion of privacy.

Forstar Entertainment is citing preservation of secret, private relationship with Baek Ji Young until marriage and minimum calculation of costs for entertainment activities for its assertion.

Jung Suk Won, originally a stuntman, contracted with Forestar Entertainment on June of 2010 and has grown as a popular actor. He filmed KBS "Iris 2" in 2011 and is currently finishing up filming "Clash: NLN" as a main character.
