'Reply 1988' Park Bo Gum Lies For Parents
"Reply 1988" Park Bo Gum denied his relationship with Hye RI because of his parents.
On the 16th episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Reply 1988" broadcast on Jan. 16th (script Lee Woo Jung, director Shin Won Ho), Taek (played by Park Bo Gum) and Duk Sun (played by Hye Ri) went through a dating scandal.
On this episode, Duk Sun and Taek had a date at the movie theater. Afterwards, the two were holding hands and this was on the first page of the newspaper.
After seeing this, the family members of Ssang Moon Dong said, "The two usually are able to hold hands together. They even watch movies together" as there was nothing wrong with this.
Nonethless, at a point where this may not be true, Lee Il Hwa was nervous. Sun Woo (played by Go Kyung Pyo) and Bora (played by Ryu Hye Young) was in a tough situation having the last name and in this case, they would be double in laws.
With that, Duk Sun asked Taek to notlie and Taek listened to this, attracting attention.
Meanwhile, "Reply 1988" is the third of the reply series - "Reply 1997" and "Reply 1994." This is a comic family drama about five families who live in the same alley in 1988 in Seoul. The drama features Sung Dong Il, Lee Il Hwa, Ra Miran, Girls' Day Hye Ri, Ko Kyung Pyo, and Park Bo Gum.
