Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart spent 4 hours together on Halloween.

The former couple allegedly spent four hours in Pattinson's rented Beverly Hills mansion on Wednesday, Oct. 30, a source told E! News. The Twilight co-stars were photographed driving near each other the same day. The insider added that after they were photographed together, Pattinson drove back to his house while Stewart gave the paparazzi the middle finger.

But a friend of Pattinson said to E! News that it was surprising to learn that Pattinson still communicates with Stewart. The source added that the chances of them getting back together are slim because the Twilight actor wants to be remain single.

"Rob is single. He doesn't want to date anybody right now," that source told E! News. "Not Kristen, not anyone. He is really enjoying his life. I honestly believe they will not get back together. There is always a small chance something happens, but I highly doubt it."

However, the source added that they are cordial to each other after they ended their relationship on a bad not in May this year.

"There was lots of animosity after the split, but as time moved on they moved on and they gradually got over it," the source added. "They are cordial now."

The source also said that the two would not be seen in public together very soon. However, the two share some friends which could mean that they would probably meet again in a party or a get-together.
