"Hospital Playlist" Recap: Doctors Take Extra Care of Their Patients

A distressed father is trying his best to demand the surgery of his daughter. He forced the nurse to accept his liver organ to use for the operation. Ik Jun comforted him and explained that he is not a good fit as a donor and also advised him to wait. He also told him that his daughter has the chance on the list for surgery the soonest. 

Suk Hyung's mother was rushed to the hospital due to uncontrolled "Arrhythmia." He felt bothered and stayed in his mother's room to watch over. Jung Won visited and invited Suk Hyung for dinner with the group. They all meet in one of the restaurants and indulge in food, especially when it's a free one. 

The next day, the five doctors are busy the whole day as they operate several patients. Most of the major surgeries may last more than six hours. Everyone in their team stayed long hours and did their best. 

Ik Jun invited Song Hwa for a late dinner at a nearby shop. It was raining, and it was the perfect time to eat hot spicy food. While eating their meal, Song Hwa received a call from the hospital for emergency surgery. Both of them didn't finish the food and rushed to the hospital. A young girl experienced brain hemorrhage. Luckily, she was able to do the operation but still needed to observe the patient.   
Resident doctor Gyeo Wul met a new boyfriend when she went out. She slowly forgot her admiration for Jung Won. Jung Won came to assist and helped Gyeo Wul in giving out the summary of procedures. A few patients don't understand the medical terms.

Song Hwa instructed Suk Min to shave the left part of the head for an emergency operation. He passed it to one of the interns and shaved the whole head instead. Song Hwa apologized to the guardians for what happened. It was lucky that the parents of the patient understood the situation and only asked to have the operation the soonest.

Chairman Ju suffered mild depression in his feelings towards his family. In his old age, most of his children are now busy with their own lives. Jung Won's mother, Rosa, is his good friend since their university years. She always invites him to go out and accompany him with his meal. Both of them are now widows and wish to enjoy time with their children.

Song Hwa invited Chairman Ju and Rosa to attend their band practice. The five doctors performed upbeat music as they perform in front of Chairman Ju. Rosa enjoyed and had a good time with them.

Resident doctor Ahn admired Song Hwa ever since he took residency in the hospital. He finally got the courage to invite her for a dinner date. Song Hwa agreed and went out after her recent breakup. 

Ik Sun decided not to get married after she ended a long time relationship. Jong Wan tries to convince her, but she chooses to put it on hold. Ik Jun visited his sister Ik Sun and brought food and gave her money. Being a doctor takes much of his time and taking care of his son that he forgot he was seeing his sister.
