"It's Okay To Not Be Okay" Recap: Moon Young Has A Surpise Visitor On Her Birthday

After a dramatic scene of Gang Tae punching a hospital visitor, he got suspended. But instead of feeling upset, he was happy, and he joyfully revealed the news to Moon Young.

The two made plans to spend the day together. Gang Tae promised his brother to pick him up late at night while he stays with Jae Soo.

The couple spent their day in the mountain and enjoyed walking on a long bridge. Moon Young felt scared of the heights while Gang Tae had fun and enjoyed the view. 

Before they start the day, Dr. Oh asked Gang Tae to meet him for a short talk. He reminded him to take care of and protect Moon Young.

It was a fun day for Gang Tae. After a long time, he got to spend a nice time out with someone else and not his brother. But the day had a surprise as they met Jung Jeon and Ah Reum.

The couple spent the day in secret after Ah Reum was discharged from the hospital. Jung Jeon went after her with the help of the other patients. Moon Young got them a room for the night, while she was able to convince Gang Tae to spend the night in a traditional hotel as well.

The next day, Gang Tae gave Moon Young a flower that he used to give her when they were young. As he handed the flower, he also gave her a kiss on the lips. 

They went to the hospital to drop Jung Jeon and see Sang Tae. He was not happy after Gang Tae did not return home and missed all his calls. 

Sang Tae overheard the rumor that his brother was with Moon Young but lied for this reason. He outburst in tantrums at the reception hall and shouted how Gang Tae tried to kill him when they were still young. 

Gang Tae fell down the floor, crying after hearing his brother's words. Dr. Oh gave Sang Tae sedatives to calm him down while Sang Tae felt lost after the incident.

Moon Young tried to comfort him, but he pushed her away. She went home while Sang Tae went back to the hospital and spent the whole night watching for his brother outside the room.

Sang Tae chose to cover himself from the blanket and not to talk with anyone. Dr. Oh advised Gang Tae to freshen himself while he spoke with his brother. Jae Soo brought a box of pizza for Sang Tae for his meal as well.

Moon Young went to the hospital to see Gang Tae, but instead, he advised her to stay away from him. He explained that his brother's condition is too much already for him to take care of, and he wanted her to stay out of his life. 

Moon Young tried to persuade him to stay and not abandon her, but Sang Tae was firm and walked away. Frustrated and hurt, she cried and shouted back at him.

Head Nurse Ha gave Sang Tae a big stuffed toy dinosaur. He was pleased and started to talk, seeing one of her favorite animal characters.

Sang Tae went home with Soon Deok with a calm attitude. As soon as Gang Tae brought food, and went straight to their room and asked forgiveness with his brother. Sang Tae stepped out from his hiding cabinet and hugged his brother. 

It was Moon Young's birthday, though Gang Tae refused to talk or see her, she spent her day at Ju Ri's house. Soon Deok was surprised by her but still invited and prepared food for her.

Head nurse Ja is concerned with Patient Ok Ran. She encountered mood swings for the past days. Dr. Oh analyzed that Ok Ran would provoke Dae Hwan and gave him reasons to get into delusions about his late wife. 

Dae Hwan strangled Ok Ran in the garden after hearing her humming a song his wife used to sing. Later that night, Ok Ran escaped from the hospital. 

She went to the castle and surprised Moon Young as she greeted her happy birthday.
