Another webtoon adaptation is set to be released by OCN, "The Uncanny Counter"! Its story will revolve around demon hunters called "Counters" who went to earth and disguised themselves as workers at a noodle restaurant in order for them to hunt down and capture evil spirits.

The drama is expected to unfold its interesting plot as the characters release their superpowers and charm. Even though they are different from each other, they all have the same goal: to hunt the demons.

One of the main cast is Jo Byeong Gyu, who'll be playing the character of So Moon, the youngest member of "Counter" and a high school student. His superpower is his physical strength. When he was still a child, he was involved in a car accident that killed his parents. He was also the sole survivor, but his left leg was permanently injured.

Gugudan's Kim Sejeong will be Do Ha Na. Her superpower is that she can sense evil spirits even from afar. Also, whenever she touches people, she could read their minds.

Yoo Joon Sang will be playing the role of Ga Mo Tak, a former police officer who had a car accident seven years ago, which caused him to lose his memory.

Lastly, Yeom Hye Ran will take the role of Chu Mae Ok, the chef of the noodle restaurant. She is also known as the anchor of "Counter."

Together, all of these characters, with their distinct superpowers, will form the heroic team.

The drama's cast works seriously and passionately, participating in the shoot even with the sun's extensive heat. They were also required to jump, fly, run, and roll on the action scenes' ground. The production team even said that the actors' costumes were all wet due to sweat.

During the shoot, the captured photos prove that no matter how hard the circumstances were, the cast still did their best to produce a high-quality drama that the audience will love.

In one photo, the cast is seen carefully reading and checking their scripts. They are also discussing every scene with the director in between takes to monitor their performances.

According to some of the production staff, the set's environment was always bright, lively, and full of happy moments. The actors also showed great teamwork with each other, the same as with the production crew. The solid relationship between the actors and the staff added to the synergy that will surely unfold in the series.

One of the main cast, Yoo Joon Sang, also humbly and proudly shares that he and his co-stars have great chemistry. "The Uncanny Counter" is set to air its pilot episode on Nov. 28 at 10:30 p.m (KST).
