OCN Reveals Cast for New Drama 'Times'
OCN confirms their cast of characters for a new drama titled 'Times', namely: Lee Seo Jin, Lee Joo Young, Kim Young Chul, and Moon Jung Hee!
"Times" is a political mystery drama that tells the story of a woman named Seo Jung In (Lee Joo Young) who lives in the present year (2020). She can access a phone call to the past and will become connected to a reporter living in the year 2015 named Lee Jin Woo (Lee Seo Jin). Seo Jung In will eventually discover a dangerous truth as she tries to stop the assassination of Seo Gi Tae (Kim Young Chul) who is the country's president as well as her father.

Lee Seo Jin stars as Lee Jin Woo, a reporter who lives in the year 2015. He is also the CEO of the news media company Times. One day, he will be connected to the future through a mysterious phone call and will discover a shocking truth. He will pursue to uncover the truth behind what has occurred.

Meanwhile, Lee Joo Young will star as Seo Jung In a passionate reporter in the present day (the year 2020). She became a reporter to follow the career path of her father who started out as a reporter. Her life drastically changed when her father passes away and then she was able to communicate with a person living in the past who is Lee Jin Woo through a phone call.
Although she has experienced a lot from the shocking events occurring in her life, she still focuses on her goal to uncover the truth linked to her father's death.
Kim Young Chul will portray the character of President Seo Gi Tae, the person who holds the key to the truth. He was once a righteous reporter. However, he witnessed figures with power concealing and manipulating the truth. Following his experience, he made a goal that he would rise to a position with authority and eventually succeeded in becoming the president.

On the other hand, Moon Jung Hee will star as the assemblywoman Kim Young Joo. She is assigned to help Seo Gi Tae and she is to become the next presidential candidate. She was born from a poor family and grew up being strong and not afraid of any threats thrown at her. She agrees with Seo Gi Tae's principles and she helped him climbed the top positions of the country as president. Kim Young Joo is also one of Seo Gi Tae's closest advisors.

The upcoming drama's production team shared their thought and commented that "Times" is a "time-warping" story wherein the characters are living both in the present as well as in the past with a 5-year time difference. This storyline will be combined with a realistic portrayal of the world of politics blended with a touch of thrilling mystery which will create a heart-stopping drama.
The production team added that they made the drama even stronger by casting four great actors. Surely, the viewers will be greeted with a well-made drama in the coming New Year!
"Times" is scheduled to broadcast in February 2021.
