Park Eun Bin to Possibly Star In a New Drama 'Yeonmo'
"Do You Like Brahms?" actress Park Eun Bin is in talks to star in a new historical themed drama titled "Yeonmo!"
A Korean media outlet recently reported that Park Eun Bin was offered to portray the female lead in a brand new KBS 2TV drama titled "Yeonmo." The actress's agency, Namoo Actors, later on responded that the actress indeed received an offer to star in the upcoming historical drama and she is currently reviewing the said offer.
"Yeonmo" is a remake of a manhwa (Korean comic) of the same title and will tell the story of a princess who disguised as her dead twin brother to become king. She is forced to hide her real identity. The drama is set in a dangerous and strict palace and will feature the romance between the king, who is actually a woman, and the handsome characters surrounding her. Once her true gender is unveiled, the female king is sentenced to death.
The drama is penned by writer Han Hee Jung and helmed by director Song Hyun Wook who also created hit projects like "Another Oh Hae Young" and "Beauty Inside."

If ever Park Eun Bin accepts this project, she will portray the character of Lee Hwi, the female king carrying a heavy secret. Her character is described as a beautiful woman who possesses porcelain skin, ice-cold eyes, and her visuals are at the borderline between a handsome man and a beautiful woman. She's also burdened by the problems she faces while hiding her real self, and she often has a blank expression so she can hide the truth.
"Yeonmo" is said to premiere sometime in 2021.
It seems like 2021 is going to be a busy year for Park Eun Bin as she also in talks to star in "The Witch: Part 1. The Subversion."

South Korean actress Park Eun Bin was born on September 4, 1992. She started her career in the entertainment industry as a child actress. Then she eventually landed her first leading role through the time-traveling romance drama Operation Proposal in 2012. She is also known for her portrayal in the television series Hello, My Twenties, Hot Stove League, and Do You Like Brahms?

At the young age of 5, Park Eun Bin entered the acting industry and has appeared in several television series as a child actress and younger version of various characters.
After starring in her lead role in Operation Proposal, the actress once again starred in supporting roles until she gained recognition for her role in Hello, My Twenties! in 2016 and its sequel in 2017. Since then Park Eun Bin has starred in leading roles in various dramas. Her notable roles were in the legal crime Judge vs. Judge followed by a horror-thriller The Ghost Detective in 2018.
However, she became more recognized with her portrayal in the most successful series throughout her career which is the sport workplace Hot Stove League. Park Eun Bin's latest drama is Do You Like Brahms? Which premiered in August 2020.
