SF9 Rowoon Unveils His True Character in ‘Sunbae, Don’t Put on That Lipstick’ New Stills
Days before the drama "Sunbae, Don't Put on That Lipstick" premiered, SF9's Rowoon unveiled his onscreen character as Chae Hyun Seung.
JTBC's forthcoming drama released a series of photos of the lead actor Rowoon, that give excitement to the viewers!
"Sunbae, Don't Put on That Lipstick" is adapted from a webtoon novel that tells the complicated romance between colleagues who are both working in a marketing team of a cosmetics brand. Won Jin Ah will be portraying the perfectionist Yoon Song Ah, and SF9 member Rowoon is Chae Hyun Seung, who is set to develop special feelings towards his sunbae, or senior at work.
Upon the release of the stills, his character as Chae Hyun Seung was also described and how will his character affect the story.
Chase Hyun Seung is a fearless man who grew up with his parents and never fails to remind him not to run away from his problems. His father worked in the Supreme Court as a human rights lawyer, while his mother is a famous celebrity wedding dress designer. In light of his almost perfect life, Chae Hyun Seung was also conducted with a good set of values from his parents and to take responsibility for his actions now that he was already a grown up man.
The new photos show the everyday life of Chae Hyun Seung: from the moment he wakes up in an expensive and big house all by himself. There's also an image where he looks out at dawn, goes out for a jog every morning as his daily routine, and cleans up to prepare himself to go to work in the cosmetics brand company.
He also has a manner of spending time alone and going out for a run everytime he has a lot on his mind. It became his habit to release all the stress he has been experiencing in his career, and love life.
In his case, he will be experiencing a one-sided love with his co-worker and happens to be his sunbae Yoon Song Ah. He first met her during a job fair when he was still at the university. Later on, to pursue a career in marketing after he got his first job at the cosmetics brand, Chae Hyun Seung started to live independently away from his parents.

Rowoon's character has been the talk of the town. His fans have been waiting for his comeback on the small screen after his previous hit drama "Extraordinary You." The idol-actor will be showing another character development that will surely be appreciated by many. He has an overflowing charisma that can capture the hearts of the viewers.
"Sunbae, Don't Put on That Lipstick" will premiere on Jan 18 at 9:00 p.m. (KST).
