Kim So Hyun and Ji Soo "River Where the Moon Rises" finally reveals new teasers! The upcoming KBS 2TV historical drama teased the viewers with a thrilling and exciting clip.
"River Where the Moon Rises" will retell the past love story between Princess Pyeonggang and On Dal, which are known in the classical Goguryeo folktale. Once again Kim So Hyun will be showing her duality through the characters of Princess Pyeonggang and the warrior Yeom Ga Jin. She is a woman full of determination in fulfilling her goal of becoming the first female to lead the kingdom of Goguryeo. On the bad side, she will be using On Dal for her advantage.
The video starts with princess Pyeonggang riding on a horse and heading to somewhere in the fields. After her scene, it was followed by an intense meeting between On Dal and her in an unknown place. Actor Kang Ha Neul also appears for he is On Dal's father - the General named On Hyup. Focusing on his perspective, he said that, "There is one person who must protect the other even if it means sacrificing his life. That is the only reason a man wields a sword."
In the next clip On Dal suddenly appears heading on the battlefield with a sword. He is running while carrying Pyeonggang, ready to use his sword to save the person that he cherishes the most.
Meanwhile, in the middle of chaotic and intense scenes, On Dal can be heard asking, "Do you still want to be the King?" After saying those words, it is followed by a statement from Go Won Pyo the character of Lee Hae Young, stating, "Goguryeo is already mine."
Then there's someone that says, "You have to trust me if you want to see the Princess again," elevating the viewers' curiosity about the relationship between the royal family of Goguryeo and the family of Go.
Then, Princess Pyeonggang intrudes in the middle of all the chaos. She appears with a powerful charisma on the battlefields opposite to On Dal's worried expression and said, "You have to fight when you can't avoid it."
Before the clip ends, Go Geon prepares for the upcoming battle, while Hae Mo Yong (Choi Yoo Hwa) shows a mysterious and glaring look. On Dal was also seen being helpless while fighting in the battlefield, and Pyeonggang escapes with the moonlight shining behind her, showing a strong character that is yet to be seen in the upcoming drama.
