2PM’s Taecyeon Will be Back on the Small Screen as a Law Intern in the Forthcoming Drama ‘Vincenzo’
After his previous successful projects, Taecyeon will be returning on the small screen to portray a new challenging role.
Taecyeon will be working with prominent actor Song Joong Ki and actress Jeon Yeo Bin in tvN's newest drama, "Vincenzo". The story is about an Italian mafia and a lawyer named Vincenzo Cassano, who will be played by "Descendants of The Sun" star Song Joong Ki. After he faced difficult times and had a conflict with his previous Italian organization, Vincenzo decided to fly back to Korea's hometown.
In an unexpected event, he will meet the fearless and brilliant lawyer Hong Cha Young portrayed by actress Jeon Yeo Bin. As people who work in the same industry and aim to take down criminals, the two will work for hand in hand to get rid of villains untouchable by the law. Their tandem is now gaining a buzz, and viewers are looking forward to their new chemistry.

Meanwhile, in the much-awaited drama "Vincenzo" 2PM member Taecyeon will be playing Jang Joon Woo, a law intern in Woosang, one of the best law firms in Korea. He has the advantage of learning fast because he studied abroad. Joon Woo is a brilliant and confident student who can quickly adapt to any situation.
Sometimes he may look playful and amateur, but Jang Joon Woo is very determined and sincere about his work. Aside from his notable skills, he also has charming visuals that can capture the attention of many. He dreamt of becoming like "James Bond" to his senior colleague Hong Cha Young (played by Jeon Yeo Bin), showing that he has a hidden feelings for Hong Cha Young. It also means that he is ready to compete with Vincenzo Cassano.

According to Taecyeon, he enjoyed reading the script and is already excited for the drama to be aired. He also added that despite the tension between the characters getting into different situations, Taecyeon found out the genuine bond and humor among the cast with various goals to aim.
The actor also shared that he decided to go for a new hairstyle for his character as Jang Joon Woo to give something new about him returning on the small screen. Taecyeon expressed his gratitude towards the upcoming drama and hoping that the fans and viewers will support and watch it.
"Vincenzo" will start to air on February 20, at 9 PM (KST)
